GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITION
1. Validity
Swijin gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After expiry, any remaining balance is forfeited.
2. Use & Redemption
- Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively on swijin.com.
- They may be used to purchase any available product, including discounted items unless otherwise specified.
- To redeem, enter the gift card code at checkout.
- Multiple gift cards cannot be used in a single order - one gift card per order.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Redeemable for Cash
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
- They cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- In case of a product return, any portion paid with a gift card will be refunded back as gift card credit.
- Gift cards may not be combinable with other discounts.
4. Balance & Partial Use
- If the purchase amount exceeds the balance on the gift card, the difference must be paid with another accepted payment method.
- If the purchase amount is lower than the card value, the remaining balance stays active until the expiry date.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards
- Treat gift cards like cash. Swijin is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or misused cards.
- Replacement is only possible with valid proof of purchase and at Swijin’s discretion.
6. Delivery of Digital Gift Cards
- Digital gift cards are delivered via email shortly after purchase or qualification.
- Swijin is not responsible for incorrect email addresses entered at checkout.
7. Fraud & Abuse
Swijin reserves the right to block or cancel gift cards suspected of fraudulent use or obtained through unauthorized channels.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, with Zurich as the place of jurisdiction.
